Well located hotel in Kata

Great location between two beautiful beaches. Neighbourhood is lively with a lot of good food options. Rooms were spatious, equipments ok. Bottled water provided everyday. Personnel is nice and helpful.

Poor choice for breakfast. Hotel advertising saying 4 stars but at the lobby the sign only indicates 3 stars. The 2000 THB deposit is a bit sketchy, first time a cash deposit is asked in a hotel. Shower a bit dirty.

Had a wonderful stay thank you.

We really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are very spacious, clean. The view is amazing from the rooftop with pool. Staffs are very hospitable, friendly. Room service was really fast, also food is delicious.

There is no parking area, except that everything was great.

Great hotel

The hotel has a great location close to Karon and Kata beach. There are a lot of shops, restaurants nearby. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace is a plus, it is very nice to sit during the evening.

The bathroom needed maybe a little bit more cleaning. Also, it can get a bit noisy from the scooters and cars on the road, but it’s not that big of an issue.

Great location, but a bit expensive for the quality

The location is great, because it is very close both to Karon and to Kata beach. Also, the rooftop pool and bar are very nice. The hotel manager is a very nice person.

It is advertised as a 4 star hotel on booking.com, but the sign at the front desk says 3 stars. (Or these 2 are totally different star rating systems.) Nevertheless, the room equipment is not 4 stars. There are zero hangers on the wall, the cloth drying rack is not enough for a family and also in the gardrobe there is just little space. One more thing, but it was our oversight when we booked: there is no balcony and your swimming clothes and beach towels will never get dry in the room.

A boutique hotel with a cozy rooftop.

Everything. The location is perfect. The two beaches, Karon and Kata, are within walking distance from the hotel. They also know the customers so well for providing beach towels and slippers to facilitate our needs. And the truly hidden gem is the rooftop overlooking hills and beaches. Worth every penny. It was very cozy even at noon and was best in the evening. At night, there is this awesome and very talented singer from Philippines singing romantic songs per our request. The ambience was unbeatable. We surely had one of our best moments there.

The swimming pool is rather small. But hey, who needs a pool when you have two beaches within 5 mins walk? The rooms I've booked were without breakfast. But there are plenty options around the venue.

Excellent value for money

Very close to Karon Beach. Good dining options nearby. Large room, the breakfast is OK, if not stellar. The room is very spacious. You get beach towels.

No balcony - drying wet beachwear is problematic. Small touches would improve, like more bathroom accessories, better located sockets near the bed.

Exceptional

I really appreciate the work all personnel does to make your stay perfect! Clean rooms, breakfast selection included fried rice, several types of eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables. Particularly enjoyed the pastry. Tea and coffee machine and some juices. The location is absolutely perfect to visit Karon beach, which we consider the best. About 10 minutes walk to Kata night market with amazing choice of seafood options for cheap prices. The rooftop terrace is a perfect place to chill with amazing views! There was a life music show during our stay. I am particularly grateful to Tee for helping us to prolong our room for another day due to flight delays. All the ladies at the reception are super kind, cute and helpful. If you ask me which hotel I will stay in next - this one for sure!

The only problem was drying clothes. Even swimsuits didn’t dry during the night as the windows in the room won’t open. Maybe the hotel team could provide with dries at the rooftop for night, or whatever)

Great location, but noisy

Spotlessly clean hotel with lovely staff. However, it is very close to the main (noisy) road and as the rooms are not double-glazed, it did not make for a quiet night’s sleep. The rooftop pool bar is not yet completed and the swimming pool has a few access issues which should be addressed. The location is great with two beaches at Karon and Kata within easy strolling distance. There are plenty of restaurants close by, the only one we didn’t like was Sorrento, just across the road. The food was fine but the service was a bit surly and not the most pleasant, but there are so many other places to choose from. Would I stay here again? Probably not, because of the night time noise and the small rooms.

Small rooms with limited storage facilities. Swimming pool was difficult to get in and out of if you have arthritic knees or hips.

Ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful!!!

Breakfast was the same every day plus not too much to choose from it, and if you come later you have even less choice as stuff doesn't re-fill empty plates.

Our stay was fine but there is a lot to be improved.

Wonderful staff, well organised transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa... Although the staff didn’t speak well English always tried their best, always smiling and cheerful. We enjoyed the pool and excellent position of the hotel. Hotel recently renovated. The closet was really little. Not enough for our family.

When I got to hotel I immediately noticed that the slippers were used and dirty. They have changed it. The service cleaning service has to be improved as a daily cleaning was not good, didn’t even swipe the sanitaries in bathroom. The breakfast very poor and low quality of food. Mostly processed food. After 3 days we decided to eat outside cause we got tired. It was very repetitive.

Highly recommend. Would want to stay at this place again!

Location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to Karon Beach and Kata Beach. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Free breakfast with lots if varieties. Every day they serve different food. Staff is very friendly. Room is super clean. Didn't provide specific facilities for the kids but the setting is friendly to kids.

There is not much furniture in the room, but the staff is considerate enough to provide us with a rack for hanging clothes when they see we have a need.

Good

Good location although right on the main busy street. Also a lot of construction sites around which makes it fairly noisy during the day. It’s brand new building, although it’s not fully finished yet. Loads of things still under construction. During my stay they closed the rooftop pool for some works. Staff are super friendly and they try their best even though some of them can’t speak any English.

Very limited breakfast. Unfinished building. No aircon in the corridors. Very weak wifi in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Kunt, I believe her name is, she was very helpful). The location is good, between Kata and Karon beaches and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel faces the road and some construction was going on nearby early in the morning.

Key Location

Location says is in middle of both beaches however we checked out both and in our opinion believe the beach to the right of hotel (Karon) is slightly closer and probably the easier to walk to. Kata beach also close nice cheap restaurants close to beach. Karon was our favourite though. Roof top pool of hotel was lovely. Clean and spacious. Only about 6 sunbeds though. Although was never full. Said sunset roof top bar but no signs of a beer during our 4 day stay. Lady on reception ( didn't catch her name) was super helpful Looking into ferries to KohLanta for us. All the staff friendly, helpful and good English. Allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier and prior to check in (we arrived 4 hours early( they gave us towels to enjoy the pool or beach. Breakfast was fine. Not a great deal of choice but adequate and they will do you fry ups/ omelettes on request.

Not really anything to dislike. Maybe slightly noisy from main road . Anything we neeeed they provided. Ie.Iron... they provided us with steam iron. Accommodated us at breakfast too.
